Galactic Light Healing Meditation

This afternoon I stumbled upon a way very simple and powerful (for those who are visual meditators) meditation for healing.

It involves anchoring light from the Galactic Central Sun and also opens you up to assistance from the 'helpers' who abound in our realm at the moment to aid in our ascension. I did it for the first time today, and know with a little practice this is going to be something extremely potent and simple for me, which I can use for longer healing sessions or quick repairs during my working day.

The depth and possibilities of this meditation is only limited by your knowledge and imagination, so I hope you find a way to use it yourself! As it is such a visual meditation I found it was quite wakeful, so I think it will be a good one if you find yourself drowsing off when meditating.

I had the help of a being who named himself 'Karlak', and would like to thank him for his help in making this mediation have more impact on my energies.

Galatic Central Sun Healing Meditation Detailed Instructions

(note: simple instructions at very end)

Tip: I like to visualise energy/light as a water-like substance. Slightly opaque, able to change colour, always able to be pushed around like water.

1. Relax yourself, spreading your breath deeply throughout your whole body, one limb at a time.
2. In your mind's eye imagine millions of billions of coloured stars and galaxies out into the universe, with an especially bright star in the farthest distance. Imagine a stream of silver-white light coming from that 'star', the core of our universe, the Galactic Central Sun.
3. This light is pure love, pure energy, and all matter that it touches is cleaned, infused, or transformed.
4. Imagine that silver stream of light coming straight down from above light a slow laser beam, into your crown, through your spine and down into the very core of our mother Earth, connecting one to the other with you in the middle.
5. Imagine this laser beam widening and widening, forming a solid cylinder which completely envelopes you. Imagine the light as a startling white, pulsing passed and through you.
6. Stay in this way for a comfortable time, visualising the light pulsing through and around you from above to below. This light is pure energy, imagine yourself being charged like a battery, filled from the bottom up.
7. From this moment, in your mind say something loudly to the following effect:
1. I am within the flow of pure life energy from the Galactic Central Sun. All that this energy touches is cleaned, infused and transformed by its pure love. I invite any positive beings who are able to helping in my higher interest to guide me in using this energy to heal myself and all others.
8. Wait a few moments, and do not be discouraged if nothing or no one occurs. This part is entirely personal and instructions are useless. Be open, inviting, trusting and something may occur. This is when I meet Karlak.
9. Now you have two options, depending on the strength of your visualisation skills. I prefer to lift my etheric body to do the work, others may prefer to do this physically. Essentially, whenever I say to do something physically, you can imagine a transparent limb of your own, shining slightly translucent and white (your etheric body). I find using the etheric body to do this kind of thing much more effective, but feel free to do what works for you :) You may find your companion could help you in the steps below, follow their instructions as they give them.
1. Imagine the light from the Central Sun surging through you. Now, imagine channelling that light through your arms (try visualising a more dense, opaque light gathering at your crown, then flowing into you chest, spreading down your arms into your hands). 
2. As the dense light builds, imagine it moving into your hands and fingers. Your whole chest, arms, hands and fingers should be almost full to bursting with more energy filling in! If you feel it is taking too long, imagine the light from above coming faster and filling your arm more quickly.
3. Focus all that energy in your arms into the spot in the middle of your palms, like a white disc with a size of your choosing. This is the exit point for all that energy.
10. After having built up all that light energy, and focused it into your palms, it is time to put it to work!
1. In your mind's eye, visualise your foot and see it shining white from all this energy. Then, feel for any discomfort or pain. If you feel it, try and narrow down exactly where it is. Once you have visualised exactly where it is (the more detailed your visualisation of the location, the better this works) visualise that spot as a dense black colour, with the white passing around it (like a person standing still on the footpath during peak hour). 
2. Take which ever hand is comfortable, and place your palm over it. Imagine the light surging through that disc on your palm and into the dense blackness, with more white light flowing from the cylinder, through your chest and into your arm (like a garden hose, there has to have pressure to come out). Because this Galactic Sun energy cleans, infuses and transforms, you should imagine the blackness slowly lightening as white energy pours into it. 
3. Once the black is all gone (transformed!) move further up your leg until your hips. Each time you move up, the area prior shines more brightly with the energy you left there.
4. Then do the next leg. Then the front of your trunk from the bottom up to your chest, then back, then chest, upper back, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers. Finally head and its bits. No part of your body should escape your attention.
5. Do not move on from one spot until all the black in that spot is gone. This may take a few seconds, or it may take a few minutes. If it is a particularly dense/large spot this would be a good time to ask for assistance!
11. When you have cleared all the black (or as much as you can in this session), visualise the amount of energy passing through your cylinder to increase in speed and density. Visualise it filling up your entire being with a more dense light, filling from bottom up. You're full when it is bursting from your crown! Imagine light flowing out from your palms and into the environment around you, infusing your area with light. What a gift to your house/office/garden/mountain/beach/river bank!
12. Once you have finished your physical body, the possibilities from here are endless. The energy from the Galactic Central Sun that is pulsing through your body is extremely potent, and you can do much with it. Combining it with a visualisation of the etheric self, you can project yourself to heal your aura, anywhere else to heal other people, objects, NATURE, infuse world events with positive energy. Simply imagine a burst of energy through that cylinder your physical body is in and it will charge your etheric self!
13. To finish, firstly thank any assistance your received and emit feelings of gratitude. I usually thank the Creator, my Guides and any Being(s) that helped in the healing. Then, finish with a quiet prayer for the Galactic energy to continue throughout our Earth and help all its beings transition beautifully to the new reality of our time.
14. Visualise your cylinder becoming more transparent until it gradually disappears, and remain still until you feel like moving.

SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS

Now you know the details, here are the most important steps to remember as you go through the first few times.

1. Relax
2. Visualise cylinder of light surrounding you, joining our Earth and the Galactic Central Sun
3. Charge your palms by filling your body with light from the cylinder, focusing it into disks on your palms
4. Place your palm (either physically or ethereally) over the spot of discomfort (visualised as black surrounded by white) and use the white light from your palm to transform the black to white.
5. After you have finished your entire body, refill and let the light energy over flow from your crown. Then send energy out into your environment from your palms to help your place!
6. Either continue on to clean/charge your aura, other people, environment, nature or world events!
7. Finish with a prayer of thanks to the Creator, Guides and any other assistants you had.
8. Imagine the cylinder dissolving to completely finish the mediation.

A Cleaning Encounter of the Third Kind

I would like to share an experience I had this afternoon while (energetically) cleaning my house.

Back in January, my wife and I together took a Reiki course... something I had been meaning to do for many years, but waited for the right time and place. Today, after having the flu for a few days, I decided the house needed a good energetic cleanse (I had never done it before) and set to in the reiki method.

Firstly, some back story. I am a school teacher at a bordering school, and last semester we had a 13 year old girl live with us as she was not coping in dorms. She was a cutter, was diagnosed with depression and was being medicated. Her experience of the world had been a dark one, and she brought much of that into our house. We kept our house as positive as possible, and she made great progress while she was with us.. in part I think because of the support of my Guides and other entities in keeping our house, relationships and lives generally so blessed. Well during the house cleanse today, I finally got to her room and woah, it was intense...

In all the other rooms I cleaned, there was only a little dark energy (I classify as light or dark, not good or bad) that was easily cleaned with my own techniques and a small amount of support and energy channeled from the Central Sun... in conjunction with my Reiki symbols, a single vortex of purple energy was sufficient to clean the other rooms up until Sarah's (not real name)... I had never been in that room with my energy open or using anything ‘extrasensory’, and mate was it intense! Whereas normally I draw my vortexes from the ground with beautiful earth energy, none whatsoever would come through the floor in that room. Instead, it was thick black energy, like molasses and seemingly infinitely deep and impenetrable. Immediately I established extra protection for myself (beyond that offered by my support crew), starting first with a purple pyramid to shield myself. Feeling out of my depth, I asked my guides to send out for help, for support and power, in cleaning this room. I wanted to not only make the room clean, but to make it an anchor point for Sarah, who now lives back in her home country, from which reiki/qi/prahna can manifest from the central sun and travel to her, to help her heal. It was these intention my Guides sent out, asking for help from suitable beings, rooted in my desire to create something lovingly for someone else, that attracted the power that I did.

By this point I had lost track of time, but it felt like only a moment until I felt a presence. Slightly fearful that this new presence could be attracted to the room (or was already there!) for the wrong reasons, I strengthened my pyramid and sought the advice of my guides. Advised to reach out, I did so and used muscle testing to verify my intuition. Among the many questions I asked, the answers could be summarised as the presence, in it's relationship to me, was male, to be called 'Stephen' and was a Deva. 'He' was also a part of my soul group. Satisfied I was safe and not being tricked by an Achorn (pronounced ‘acorn’, it’s how I describe those meddling buggers!), I allowed a closer contact with the being. Following 'his' instructions/my intuition (I couldn't tell which) I drew extra symbols, enlarged them, to make anchor points for what was (unbeknownst to me) to come... It was ELECTRIFYING! I felt a huge surge from the Central Sun, unlike any I have felt before, driving through my entire being. I felt my knees buckle and then strengthen, with pure energy pulsing through my hands and feet, into the symbols on the floor, pulsing, pulsing, pulsing.. I don’t know how long for. As it subsided all my symbols, all over the house, had gone from purple to golden and were pulsing brightly. The black-molasses 'floor' hand been completely transmuted into golden swirls of energy, spilling out from the room into the rest of the house. It was incredible! ‘Stephen’ stayed with me for the living room cleanse, and then departed. I made another anchor in my wife and my bedroom (where I sit and type now and can still feel the charged symbols pulsing from the walls) where the energy I was working with changed from gold to silver/white and felt so amazing... the whole house is awash with it now. 

Over the course of the cleanse, the energy I was working with went from purple, to green, to gold, to silver/white. The communion I had with my Guides and the devic being was incredible. All I did was ask for help. I am so thankful. After the experience, I searched widely on the net to help me understand what I went through. I particularly looked for information on devas as that is what the being classified itself as - to me. I found the following from one site, dealing with the classifications of Angels as given by the Christian and Jewish (Jewish name in brackets) tradition:

  "The Powers (Seraphin) have to do with divine sanctity and purification. Powers are Warrior Angels against evil defending the cosmos and humans. They are known as potentates. They fight against evil spirits who attempt to wreak chaos through human beings."

Certainly made sense to me!

My message here is that I am not especially clairvoyant or talented in these things. I have been aware of the concept of engery in the form of Qi since I was about 18 (now 25), and meditate or do yoga only on the odd occasion... in other words, I’m no expert!!! There is this idea out there that we have to wait for the ‘special ones’ or the un-named, the Cobra et al., the special ‘White Hats’, the writers of what we read, the invisible ‘Resistance Movement’, the GFOL, will be the ones to make changes or bring us to ascension. NO!!! Every individual is a Light Worker, no matter your skills. This is the point folks - the only way humanity is going to ascend is on it’s own efforts... the help is there... we just have to ask! All these ‘improvements’ that Cobra talks about are real... the other realms are so much more accessible to us at the moment, there is so much help from these realms that really want to see us and our beautiful Earth move up in the world! But we have to ask. We have to act. The veil is falling, more quickly as each day passes... open your eyes, your hearts, and take ACTION!
